1. Shipping Overview
Safe Alert 24-7 offers shipping services to provide you with our medical alert products as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Emmaus, Pennsylvania.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Our standard shipping option for all orders
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): Faster delivery for customers who need their products sooner
- Priority Shipping (1-2 business days): Fastest available option for urgent needs
Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination and external factors.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:

- Destination address
- Weight and dimensions of your order
- Shipping insurance (optional but recommended)
Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount during promotional periods. Please check our current offers or contact customer service for details.

6. Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.
7. Signature Requirements
For security purposes, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you will not be available to sign for your package, please:
- Provide an alternate shipping address where someone can sign for the package
- Contact the shipping carrier to arrange for pickup at their local facility
- Leave delivery instructions (where permitted by the carrier)
8. International Shipping
Currently, Safe Alert 24-7 only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
9. Shipping to PO Boxes and Military Addresses
We can ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). Please note that delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard addresses.
10. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal by recipient, etc.):
- We will contact you to verify your address
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
11. Package Security
All packages are shipped in discrete, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. The sender name will appear as "Safe Alert 24-7" or "SA247" on shipping labels.
